School #3

Hi everyone!
Today i gonna write about school!
Personally i really like school,
Because you learn everyday something different and you see your friends...
But my exams are gonna start next week so this time i gonna write about how i learn for my exams!




-The first thing what i do when i have my exams i put all my social media offline, I really can't concentrate me when i have my Facebook on and someone wants to chat with me so yeah...






-What i also do is put my phone an ipad in another room that i will not play Flappy Bird or put some music on :)!









-Do not study on the last minute! Last year i not passed my year cause i always learned on the last minute and i had bad results that really suckt cause now i really miss my friend in those classes...







-Take a break sometimes ! Not to long 10-15 minutes is long enough, When you take a break DON'T! go on your phone,ipad or other device! What you can do is go outside for a short walk or go lay down on the seat and eat and drink something HEALTHY for refreshing !




                           
-Make a schedule! Its easy to read, easy to remember and less work!

Food #2

My next article is about food!
We all eat food of course! But we want to be healthy, be skinny of we don't want any more fat!
So what i gonna write about is fruit, fish and other stuff!

Bananas : In a banana contains many potassium = (Potassium is required for nerve stimulus conduction and to maintain a normal blood pressure. Further, potassium necessary for the contraction of the muscles, and for the energy metabolism in the muscles.)
by sweat loss you must to replenish moisture, banana ensure that the fluid can be. Well absorbed








Carrots: consist of complex carbohydrates =(A carbohydrate is also known as sugar, carbohydrates are mentioned, but, in fact, besides sugars, also starch. The body converts the sugars that you take into glucose that serves as fuel for the body. These sugars may come from lactose (milk sugar), fructose (fruit sugar), and sucrose (sugar pure).) these provide energy for your muscles.
And my mom told me once it's good for your eyes to!









Pineapple: Is packed with vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system and connective tissue . Vitamin C also helps against colds , infections and helps speed up the healing of a wound . By the enzyme bromelain= (Enzyme bromelain, a substance which is often used to make more tender meat. This enzyme is present in all parts of the plant, but particularly in the stem.) which is in the pineapple , this fruit is also another anti-inflammatory. Bromelain helps prevent tissue swelling such as arthritis , bronchitis , varicose veins , sprain and strain . Moreover, bromelain also further relieves pain . So it is highly recommended to eat if you suffer from inflammation . Pineapple Also bromelain also helps to reduce , thereby reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes . The blood clots in the blood.




Salmon:
Salmon is packed with omega-3 fats= ( Positive properties are ascribed to the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases, arthritis and depression. To Omega 3 fatty acids lower blood cholesterol levels and include important for visual function and brain metabolism.) This is super good for your heart. In addition, salmon would also reduce fat around your belly. The research into the link between reduced abdominal fat and omega-3 fats in salmon has only just been discovered, and at present it is not clear why it is so.



Eggs: An egg a day! Formerly you might tell that you should eat too much egg because you have a high cholesterol could then obtain. Not true! Fashion #1

So mine first article is about those amazing shoes there are so easy to wear under a boyfriend jeans it is cool and still girly i think :)!
Slip ons are sneakers with a thicker sole and fabric top. One of the brands that slip has made us popular Vans. With the classic slip on shoes, the shoe was primarily driven by skater boys and girls.
